I was cleaning my DD's room when I discovered that one of the yellow balls was missing from the trundle bed (I bought this on Ebay last fall and DD got it for Christmas). I asked Lindsay about it and she told me that her friend accidentally broke it. Of course she doesn't remember exactly when it was, but thinks it was sometime in January. Oy. That ball could be anywhere by now!
I've cleaned both girls rooms from top to bottom and the ball hasn't surfaced. I even offered a cash reward to the one who could find it. LOL!!
ANYway... what should I do now? Should I replace it and try to match the paint?? I would think this would be next to impossible to do. Should I repaint all the balls a new color so they will at least all be the same? If so, what color do you think would look good with the yellow?
I've explained to DD that I am not mad that the bed got broken, but I am upset that she didn't tell me right away. I hope she understands now to let me know next time so I can try to repair the item.
